“We are very excited to come to Cambridge with Crepe Delicious and Froshberg Gelato,” said Cambridge Centre franchisee Hisham Mousa who added this is the very first Froshberg location to offer self-serve gelato. Gelato is an Italian ice cream made from milk rather than cream, resulting in lower calories and fat than traditional ice cream. Froshberg Gelato’s revolutionary new self-serve soft gelato gives you the opportunity to create your very own gelato masterpiece by selecting your favourite gelato flavours and adding premium toppings. Simply weigh and pay per ounce and then savour your Froshberg creation.
“Serve as much or as little as you like and we have a whole array of healthy toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, granola and some fun sweet toppings too!” said Hisham. “You can customize and pay per ounce.”

Froshberg Gelato rotates flavours weekly, always offering 8 different flavours to choose from including a sugar-free option and fruit sorbets.
“We even offer a non-fat option with our fruit sorbets which are non-dairy. We also blend them to create outstanding fruit smoothies and shakes.”

Known for its worldclass sweet and savoury crepes, Crepe Delicious offers a wide range of made-toorder sweet and savoury crepes filled with only the finest and freshest ingredients.
